About the role
We now have an exciting opportunity for an Entry Level IT Graduate looking to take the first exciting step in their career, you'll play a crucial role in assisting our employees via phone, email, and remotely. This role would be supporting our daily operations and would ideally suit someone who enjoys working with others, has strong attention to detail and is proficient in troubleshooting and problem-solving!

 

Our team is supportive, friendly, and thrives on collaboration. The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of all basic IT principles and knowledge of business IT technologies including the Microsoft stack including Office 365, Azure Active Directory and managing virtual environments

 

What does my day to day look like?

  • Provide first-level support for issues relating to Azure, Active Directory, Windows 10 & 11, Office 365, VPN, RDP, and other relevant technologies.
  • Respond to user requests via phone and email in a timely, professional, and non-technical manner.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and other peripherals.
  • Use documentation and knowledge bases to resolve issues; escalate unresolved issues to the MSP partner or internal escalation points.
  • Support the on and off boarding of employees including deployment, configuration, and maintenance of devices and software.
  • Ensure adherence to IT security and data protection policies.
  • Participate in routine IT housekeeping tasks, such as patching, updates, and inventory tracking.
  • Assist in maintaining the IT knowledge base (procedures, issue resolution steps, and system changes).
