The Supply Chain Planner will work to continually optimise our supply chain through planning, driving cost effective relocations and providing feedback to optimise Polyaire’s supply chain settings. Maximising process and productivity efficiencies, it will be your responsibility to ensure stock is available for our customers across a diverse group of regions.


Critical to the role is establishing strong relationships with Sales and Operations teams as well communicating with internal and external suppliers. This will include holding weekly meetings with each region to trouble shoot short term issues.

Reporting to the Planning and Procurement Manager you will be responsible for:

  • Driving ongoing stock optimisation through the business
  • Ensuring continuous improvement of supply chain and logistics delivery systems and processes which are involved in delivering products to customers.
  • Utilising the company's inventory/stock management and procurement tool/data, to drive business effectiveness and efficiency.
  • A particular focus on inventory optimisation, driving stock turns by repositioning slow or redundant lines where viable.
  • Researching and evaluating current and potential suppliers.
  • Identifying procurement needs via liaison with internal departments.
  • Ensuring orders are placed in a timely manner, and revisiting volumes and timing to mitigate gaps in supply.
  • tracking orders to ensure timely delivery while communicating any delays to the respective personnel.
  • Driving Quit cycles and reporting on progress

Must Haves:

  • Previous working experience as a Supply Chain Role for 3+ years
  • Hands on experience with supply chain management software (such as an Advanced Planning System or ERP, etc.)
  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
  • Team player
  • Good time-management skills
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills
