An opportunity has become available for a Administration Assistant to join the Gepps Cross Office team in Adelaide.



  • Attending to enquiries by telephone and visitors. 
  • Data entry and general office tasks.
  • Ad hoc tasks as requested.
  • Ensures compliance with all Polyaire policies and procedures.


  • Prior experience in an Administration role.
  • Enjoys working collaboratively in an energetic team environment.
  • Good data entry skills
  • Ability to manage multiple task and priorities.
  • Sales aligned focus with a 'Customer First' approach.
  • Good time management skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel/Word/Outlook).
