The Role:

We’re looking for an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our teams across Queensland and Northern NSW. Reporting to the State Sales Manager, this role will focus on:

• Delivering regional sales and gross margin targets
• Building and coaching high-performing sales teams
• Expanding market share with builders, developers, and contractors
• Driving customer engagement, satisfaction, and retention
• Collaborating with suppliers (Samsung, Midea, MHI) on promotions and initiatives
• Overseeing design and estimating processes and ensuring CRM (HubSpot) and quoting systems (Polyplan) are used effectively

About You:

You’re a proven sales leader with strong commercial acumen and the ability to deliver results. You’ll bring:

• Experience in wholesale, trade, or HVAC sales leadership
• A track record of growing revenue and margin
• Strong people leadership and customer relationship skills
• A hands-on approach with excellent organisational and analytical skills
