About the role
As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service.

 

You’ll process sales transactions, respond to customer enquiries, promote our products, and contribute to a smooth and efficient store operation. This position requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work well in a team environment.

 

What will your day look like?

  • Counter and internal sales, servicing our valued customers and trade clients
  • Phone enquiries and orders
  • Processing customer sales orders and credit returns
  • Coordination of daily deliveries
  • Liaising with the warehouse team to ensure orders supplied are correct and dispatched on time
  • Sales Administration including but not limited to sales data entry
  • Meeting and greeting our customers, providing exceptional customer service

What will you bring to the role?

  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needs
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts at a time, whilst maintaining attention to detail
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities to influence decision making
  • Accountability for time and efficiency
  • Ability to work with key stakeholders within Polyaire including Sales and Operational Teams
